I want to return my product, what are the Return Conditions, which products can I return?
You can return the product you purchased by applying within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo and under the following conditions. In this context, you will not pay any "shipping fee" for the products you will send back.
The promotional, campaign products given as gifts for the product you will return must also be returned at the same time.
The conditions within the scope of return are as follows;
Returns must definitely be made with the original box/packaging and invoice.
All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and completely with their original packages.
Promotional, campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packages.
For phones, cameras, portable and visual electronic devices, etc.; the protection tape on the product screen must not be removed. There must be no scratches, damage, impact, liquid contact, etc. on the screen and other parts of the device.
Products that are prepared in accordance with the consumer's special requests or clearly in line with his/her personal needs, are not suitable for return due to their nature, are at risk of rapid deterioration or have an expiration date cannot be returned.
All kinds of Cosmetic Products, and Personal Care Products, All kinds of software, All kinds of processor (CPU) Programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and Cassettes, Computer and Stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) are accepted for return provided that their packages are not opened.
Hygienic products (such as underwear), supermarket products (such as food products), periodicals such as newspapers and magazines cannot be returned.
Products whose prices are determined in stock exchanges or other organized markets (gold group) cannot be returned.

Please register for the return process from the link below before sending the product.

Return transactions of orders whose invoices are issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
By clicking the Order Tracking link;
Go to the order tracking page. Click on the "Return and Return" button on the right side of the order page. Select the product you want to process and fill out the "I Don't Want to Receive the Product" form in the Return and Other Transactions section. Click the "I have read and accept the Return and Return Terms" button at the bottom right of the page and click the "Continue" button.
Follow the steps specified for the product you will return in the new window that opens.
After clicking the Save and Finish button, your registration will be created. Send the product to us by the specified date using the YurtiƧi Kargo shipping code that appears on the screen.
How will I follow the process after sending the product?
After your product is received by us, its packaging, accessories, and invoice (*) will be checked.
If the return process is approved; the "product price" will be refunded to you within 5 business days in line with your preference in the return application.
If your return does not comply with the return conditions; the relevant product will be sent to your address
(*) If the invoice of the product you will return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice should be issued without including the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT).
When and how can I get the money back for the product I returned?
If the product/products you send are approved by us, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 5 business days.
When the Product Price Refund process is completed, an information message will be sent to your registered e-mail and mobile phone.
If the payment method is "Credit Card" and your preference is "Money Refund"; your payment will be made to your credit card online immediately.
The reflection of your payment in your account may vary depending on the processing times of the banks.
If the payment method is "Bank Transfer/EFT" and your preference is "Money Refund"; your money will be refunded to the IBAN account you notified.
